Deidesheim er en landsby og en luftkurby med 3724 indbyggere, som ligger i den rheinland-pfälziske Landkreis Bad Dürkheim i nordvesten af metropolregionen Rhein-Neckar. Siden 1. januar 1973 har byen tilhørt Deidesheim kommuneforening, hvis administrationssæde den også er.
Stedet opstod sandsynligvis i det 9. eller 10. århundrede som en dattersæd ved nabokommunen Niederkirchen, og med opførelsen af det fyrsteligt-bispelige slot som embedsbolig overgik Deidesheim snart den ældre Niederkirchen i betydning. I 1395 fik Deidesheim af den bøhmiske og tyske konge Wenzel tildelt byrettigheder og betragtes siden da – med undtagelse af årene 1819 til 1838 – som by.
