Slot Meiningen var en byborg i den nuværende kommune Meiningen og eksisterede indtil 1682. I dag ligger det barokke slot Elisabethenburg på samme sted.
Borgen lå som en vandborg ved den nordvestlige kant af den historiske gamle by i Meiningen på højre bred af Werra ved en vadested.
