Cleebronn er en kommune i Landkreis Heilbronn i Baden-Württemberg. Den tilhører regionen Heilbronn-Franken og til randzonen af den europæiske metropolregion Stuttgart.
Cleebronn ligger i Zabergäu i den sydlige del af Landkreis Heilbronn, lidt nord for ryggen af Stromberg på 260 til 220 m o. h. Landsbyen ligger i dalbunden og på de nedre skråninger af en biflod, gennem hvilken Ruitbach flyder mod nordøst, som længere nede i dalen løber ud som Herrenwiesenbach i Zaber. En knap kilometer sydøst for byens centrum rejser Michaelsberg sig til 394 m, et vartegn for kommunen og hele Zabergäu. På hans skråninger dyrkes vin, hvilket også præger omegn.
