Uelsen [ˈʏlzən] er en kommune i Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim i Niedersachsen. Det statsanerkendte feriested er centrum og grundlag for Samtgemeinde Uelsen og samtidig sæde for Samtgemeindevervaltningen.
Kommunen Uelsen ligger i den yderste vestlige del af Niedersachsen, nær grænsen til Kongeriget Nederlandene.
