Gönnersdorf er en lokal kommune i Vulkaneifel distrikterne i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører kommunen Gerolstein.
Stedet blev første gang nævnt i 1136 som Guntersdorf i forbindelse med et gavebrev fra biskop Albero af Basel til herskabet Kerpen. Selvfølgelig bør stedet være meget ældre. Sandsynligvis blev Gönnersdorf allerede dannet i frankertiden omkring det 8. til 10. århundrede. Der er fundet jordfunde fra tidligt fransk gravsteder, og ved byggearbejde blev der fundet vejrester fra romertiden.
