Weener er en lille by i Ostfriesland i nordvestlig del af den tyske delstat Niedersachsen. Det er den eneste by i den historiske region Rheiderland, og den strækker sig til venstre for Ems. Politisk tilhører Weener siden 1932 Landkreis Leer og var tidligere hovedbyen i Kreis Weener, som næsten dækkede samme område som Rheiderland.
