Quedlinburg ([ˈkveːdlɪnbʊrk], plattdeutsch Queddelnborg) er en by ved Bode nord for Harzen i Landkreis Harz (Sachsen-Anhalt). I 994 fik byen byret, og var fra det 10. til det 12. århundrede sæde for det kongelige palads for verdslige herskere, der blev besøgt ved påsketid, og i næsten 900 år et (først åndeligt, efter reformationen sekulært) dameseminarium.
