Wehr er en by i syd for Baden-Württemberg i Landkreis Waldshut; den består af bydelene Øflingen og Wehr.
Wehr ligger med sin sydlige del lige ved Hochrhein, mens den navngivende kerneby ligger cirka fem til seks kilometer nord for Hochrhein ved dens højre biflod Wehra. Nordligt og østligt for Wehr stiger den sydligste del af Schwarzwald. Vest for Wehr begynder Dinkelberg. Bebyggelsen strækker sig fra kernebyen, som ligger lige ved udløbet af Wehra fra Schwarzwald, sydpå langs den nedre Wehra, over Øflingen til Brennet ved Rhin, som her danner grænsen til Schweiz.
