Rodewald er en kommune i Samtgemeinde Steimbke i Nienburg/Weser i Niedersachsen. Den landbrugsprægede kommune er opdelt i de tre bøndergder med navnene Øverste, Midterste og Nederste Bønderg. Den 1. april 1969 blev de tre politiske kommuner i Rodewald til den enhedlige kommune Rodewald. Indtil kommunereformen i 1974 var Rodewald en del af Neustadt am Rübenberge kreisen, siden da har kommunen tilhørt Nienburg/Weser-kredsen.
