Nordenham er med 25.959 indbyggere den største by i Landkreis Wesermarsch i Niedersachsen og en selvstændig kommune. Den mellemstore by tilhører regionen Oldenburger Land samt siden 2005 den europæiske metropolregion Nordvest.
Nordenham ligger på vestbredden af Weser overfor Bremerhaven ved dens udmunding i Nordsøen, og nord for byerne Bremen og Oldenburg. Omgivelserne består af marskland.
