Künzell er en forstad til Fulda i Østhessen, Tyskland. Blandt bykommunerne er Künzell den største kommune i Landkreis Fulda.
Kommunen ligger i forlandet til Rhön. Mod nordvest glider bebyggelsen problemfrit over i byen Fulda og kommunen Petersberg. Den østlige del af kommunen er præget af bjergene i den forreste Rhön, og det højeste punkt i kommunen er Giebelrain. Her udspringer Haune.
