Byen Delbrück ligger i den nordøstlige del af Nordrhein-Westfalen og i den vestlige del af den østvestfalske Paderborn kommune. Med over 32.000 indbyggere er den den næststørste by i kommunen. Derudover ligger den i øst for den vestfalske bugt i Emssandebanen.
