Glowe er en kommune på øen Rügen i Landkreis Vorpommern-Rügen i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Kommunen ledes af Amt Nord-Rügen med sæde i kommunen Sagard.
Glowe ligger ca. 18 km nord for Bergen på Rügen og ligger ved den vestlige overgang fra halvøen Jasmund til landbroen Schaabe mellem Østersøen og den store Jasmunder Bodden. Landvejen fra Sagard til Altenkirchen går gennem kommunen Glowe.
