Biersdorf am See er en landsby og statsligt anerkendt ferieby ved Bitburg reservoir i Eifel og ligger i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører Bitburger Land kommune.
Byen ligger i Naturpark Südeifel, nordvest for distriktsbyen Bitburg ved Bitburg reservoir, som ligger vest for kommunen. Det 3,22 km² store kommuneområde strækker sig over en højde fra 280 til 340 m over havets overflade. Det benyttes 61,3 % til landbrug, med 12,7 % som et sammenligneligt lille område af skov. Biersdorf am See omfatter også boligområderne Auf dem Erzberg og Hof Merkes.
