Neschwitz, obersorbisk, er en by og den tilknyttede kommune cirka 14 km nordvest for Bautzen i den saksiske Oberlausitz. Neschwitz ligger i biosfærereservatet Oberlausitzer Heide- und Teichlandschaft. Det er sæde for Neschwitz' forvaltningsfællesskab og indgår i det officielle boligområde for sorberne.
Den ældste kendte omtale af bosættelsen som Nyzwas stammer fra 1268. Allerede i begyndelsen af det 15. århundrede nævnes her et riddersted. Neschwitzer kirke stammer fra det tidlige 17. århundrede og er siden blevet ombygget flere gange. Indtil 1979 blev der også prædiket på sorbisk her.
