Füssen [ˈfʏsn̩] er en by i den bayerisk-schwabiske kommune Ostallgäu. Den ligger i sydvestlige Bayern ved den Romantiske Vej og ved Via Claudia Augusta. Mod øst grænser byen op til Lech, og mod syd til Østrig. Med omkring 15.500 indbyggere er Füssen den næststørste by i Ostallgäu.
Byens rødder går tilbage til romertiden. I dag kan man finde mange brønde, butikker og den stadig velfungerende bymur i den gamle bydel. Der er forbindelse til motorvejen A 7, B 17, B 310 og B 16 samt jernbaneforbindelser til München og Augsburg. Den har særlig betydning på den sydlige ende af A 7, der ved grænsen, grænsetunnelen Füssen, overgår til vejen til Fernpass, som spiller en vigtig rolle som en nord-syd Alperne overgang.
