Ebstorf er et klosterområde midt i Lüneburger Heide i den niedersaksiske Landkreis Uelzen. Kommunen Ebstorf tilhører Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf.
Det frugtbare område Ebstorf består af landsbyen Ebstorf og den selvstændige landsby Altenebstorf indtil område reformen i 1972 samt Tatendorf. Indtil 31. oktober 2011 var den en medlemskommune og sæde for Samtgemeinde Altes Amt Ebstorf, som den 1. november 2011 blev en del af Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf.
