Wieren er en del af Wrestedt kommune i Lüneburger Heide i Uelzen Landkreis, Niedersachsen.
Den 1. juli 1972 blev kommunerne Bollensen, Drohe, Emern, Kahlstorf, Könau, Kroetze og Ostedt indlemmet. Wieren inkluderede også Gavendorf, Groß Pretzier, Klein Pretzier og Kroetzmühle. Den 1. november 2011 blev kommunen opløst og sammen med Wrestedt og Stadensen blev der dannet den nye kommune Wrestedt.
