Klocksin er en kommune i Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den ledes af Amt Seenlandschaft Waren med sede i byen Waren.
Kommune Klocksin i Mecklenburgische Seenplatte ligger på Østersø-Nordsø-vandskellet. Mens Malchiner See, der ligger nord for Klocksin, drænerer til Østersøen via Peene, flyder vandene syd for Klocksin over Müritz, Elde og Elbe til Nordsøen. Den største del af kommunen ligger i Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide naturpark. Byerne Teterow og Waren er henholdsvis 16 km fra Klocksin.
