Hansestaden Havelberg er en by og et statsligt anerkendt feriested i Stendal kommune i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Byen, hvis historiske centrum ligger på en Prignitzer ø i Havel, ligger i den yderste nordøstlige del af delstaten Sachsen-Anhalt ved Havel lige før dens udløb i Elben. Mod nord og øst grænser Havelberg kommune op til de tre brandenburgske landdistrikter Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin og Havelland.
