Neuschönefeld er en bydel i den saksiske storby Leipzig. Det tilhører bydelen Neustadt-Neuschönefeld i byområdets øst.
Bydelen ligger på matriklen Neuschönefeld, som i nord grænser op til Eisenbahnstraße, i øst til Hermann-Liebmann-Straße og i sydvest stort set til forløbet af den Østlige Rietzschke. Den ligger mellem bydelene Neustadt mod nord, Volkmarsdorf mod øst, Reudnitz mod syd og Zentrum-Ost mod vest. Væsentlige dele af Neuschönefeld optager bypark Rabet.
