Höchst er en bydel i Frankfurt am Main med 15.873 indbyggere. Den ligger cirka 8,2 km vest for Hauptwache ved udmundingen af Nidda i Main.
Höchst var i modsætning til de fleste andre bydele en gammel by med byret siden 1355 og er indtil i dag det vigtigste urbane subcenter i den vestlige del af Frankfurt. I 1928 blev Höchst indlemmet i Frankfurt. Indtil 1987 var Höchst administrationssted for en egen kommune, der siden 1928 har haft navnet Main-Taunus-Kreis. Höchst er centrum for lokalområdet Frankfurt-Vest med 120.000 indbyggere.
