Den heilklimatiske kursted Nümbrecht er en kommune i Oberbergischen Kreis i sydlige Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Nümbrechts kommuneområde ligger i den sydlige del af Bergisches Land, i overgangsområdet mellem de Bergiske højder og Oberagger- og Wiehlbergland. Landskabet præges af bløde bakker, skove, enge og landbrugsarealer. Cirka 30 % af kommunens areal er skovdækket. Der findes ikke større vandløb i Nümbrecht. Bröl er den største flod i kommunen.
