Stralsund, , er en by i Tyskland. Stralsund ligger ved Østersøen, men bliver der fra skærmet af øen Rügen. Vandet mellem Stralsund og Rügen hedder Strelasund. Over Strelasund ligger der i Stralsund en bro til Rügen.
Byen var et af de første medlemmer af Hansaforbundet. Fra hansetiden vidner et stort antal historiske bygninger i murstensgotik, herunder rådhuset og tre store kirker: Marienkirche eller Mariakirken, Nikolajkirken og Jakobikirken. Den indre by har siden 2002 været på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste og er siden den tyske genforening blevet grundigt restaureret.
