Iserlohn n-lô „Jernskov“) er en stor by med kommunal tilhørsforhold samt en mellemby i Märkischen Kreis i Nordrhein-Westfalen og med omkring 93.000 indbyggere den største by i Märkischen Kreis og Sauerland.
De første bosættelsesspor i byområdet er over 1000 år gamle, byens grundlæggelse ligger ca. 770 år tilbage. I det 18. og 19. århundrede oplevede Iserlohn en økonomisk opblomstring takket være metalindustrien og var i årtier den næststørste by i Westfalen. I dag er økonomien, ud over metalbearbejdning, især præget af kemisk og medicinsk produktion og tjenesteydelser.
