Damme er en by i den nedersaksiske kommune Vechta og kendt som en ferieby og karnevalsby. Siden 1994 har Damme været en del af byernes kvartet, som omfatter byerne Damme, Diepholz, Lohne og Vechta.
Damme ligger i det sydlige Oldenburger Münsterland, nord for Wiehen-bjergene, mellem Dümmer mod øst og Dammer-bjergene mod nordvest. Sør for byen breder moserne sig, især det Store Mose. En stor del af byområdet ligger i naturparken Dümmer. Byens centrum ligger 64 m over NHN.
