Immanuelskirken i Wuppertals bydel Oberbarmen er den tidligere reformerte kirke i bydelen Wupperfeld og har været anvendt som koncertkirke siden sekulariseringen i 1984.
Immanuelskirken blev opført som den anden kirke for den reformerte menighed Barmen-Gemarke, da forgængeren til den nuværende Gemarker kirke var blevet for lille til den hastigt voksende menighed i Barmen i takt med industrialiseringen. I en byggekonkurrence i 1866 blev den Hamborg-baserede arkitekt Ernst Heinrich Glüer kåret som vinder; byggeriet blev udført efter hans planer fra 1867 til 1869 og indviet den 27. maj 1869.
