Domskolen i Schleswig er et gymnasium med klassisk afdeling i Schleswig. Det blev første gang nævnt i 1307 og er dermed den ældste skole i Schleswig-Holstein, en af de ældste skoler i Nordeuropa samt en af de ældste skoler i hele den tysktalende verden.
Historien om Schleswig Domskole er nært forbundet med domkirken i Schleswig. Byggeriet af den første domkirke begyndte efter grundlæggelsen af bispedømmet Schleswig af kejser Otto I i år 947. Grundstenen til den nuværende St. Petri-Dom blev lagt i 1134.
