Merkur Casino Hohensyburg, en af fire spillebanker i Nordrhein-Westfalen, blev opført fra 1983 til 1985 efter planer af arkitekten Harald Deilmann nær Hohensyburg i Dortmund og er den tredje spillebank i NRW. Merkur Casino Hohensyburg tilhører Gauselmann-gruppen. Land NRW solgte den 1. september 2021 alle fire spillebanker i delstaten til virksomheden for en samlet pris på 141,8 millioner EUR. Indtil åbningen af Merkur Casino Duisburg var det Dortmunder casino det mest omsætningsgivende i Tyskland.
