Uchtspringe er en by og en bydel i hansestad Stendal i Stendal kommune i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Den stendalanske bydel ligger ved overgangen fra Altmark i nord og Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide i syd ved kilden til den lille flod Uchte
i landskabsbeskyttelsesområdet "Uchte-Tangerkilder og skovområder". Cirka en kilometer nord for Uchtspringe løber jernbanelinjen Berlin–Lehrte, højhastighedsbanen Hannover–Berlin og motorvejen 188 i øst-vest-retning. Uchtspringe ligger mellem Gardelegen mod vest og den oprindelige by Stendal mod øst, som ligger cirka 25 kilometer væk.
