Fagklinikken Schloss Bornheim var en stationær, medicinsk rehabiliteringsinstitution i Bornheim, beliggende i den venstre breds Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. Institutionens ejer var Ordensværkerne af den Tyske Orden med sæde i Weyarn. Driften blev indstillet den 30. juni 2018.
Som en del af en stationær langvarig behandling blev der behandlet mennesker, der lider af afhængighed af illegale stoffer. Depressioner, angstlidelser og traumatiske belastningsreaktioner blev også behandlet. Par blev også behandlet, og forældre med afhængighed kunne gennemføre behandlingen i følge med deres børn. Fagklinikken Schloss Bornheim havde 32 behandlingspladser samt 4 pladser til børn.
