Rauschenburg er en nedlagt vandborg i Lippewiesen i udkanten af den lille by Olfen i den nordrhein-westfalske kreds Coesfeld. Dens navn kan muligvis stamme fra det evige brus fra de tidligere strømfald på dette sted i Lippe.
Rittergodset Rauschenburg blev første gang nævnt i 1050, og den første ejer var i 1317 en amtmand for biskop Ludwig Landgraf af Hessen fra Münster. I 1322 indgik biskoppen af Köln, Heinrich von Virneburg, og biskoppen af Münster en aftale om opførelsen af en bro over Lippe ved Rauschenburg. I årene 1444 og 1498 blev denne kontrakt bekræftet af de daværende landsherrer.
