Klosteret Helmarshausen var et benediktinerkloster i Helmarshausen ved Diemel i Nordhessen og blev grundlagt i slutningen af det 10. århundrede. Klosteret var i starten et kejserligt kloster, senere var det underlagt bispedømmet Paderborn. I forbindelse med reformationen blev klosteret ophævet. Det havde stor betydning i middelalderen på grund af sine guld- og sølvarbejder samt sit skriptorium, der skabte nogle af de mest betydningsfulde mesterværker inden for romansk bogmaleri.
