Litberg i Sauensiek ligger i den nordvestlige del af det ligeledes navngivne landskabsbeskyttelsesområde og er med 65 m over NHN den højeste hævning i Landkreis Stade.
Litberg ligger på geasten vest for Harburger Berge cirka 2,5 km syd for Beckdorf i kommunen Sauensiek. Litberg er en lille bakke dækket af birketræer, fyrretræer, egetræer og elmetræer, som er dannet som en isaflejring.
