Wiehenbjergene er et middelhøjt bjergområde, der når op til 320 m over havets overflade i sydvestlige Niedersachsen og nordøstlige Nordrhein-Westfalen. Bjerget, der hører til de nordlige forløbere for de tyske middelbjerge, regnes for Weserbjerglandet og i videre forstand for Weser-Leine-Bjerglandet. Det ligger ved den sydlige kant af det nordtyske lavland, begynder ved Bramsche i vest og strækker sig til den cirka 95 km fjerntliggende Porta Westfalica i øst. Kamformationen danner en geologisk enhed med det østlig tilstødende Weserbjerg.
