Den Nördliche Regnitz eller Den Nedre Regnitz er en højre biflod til den Saxiske Saale i Landkreis Hof i Oberfranken.
Den har to kilder. Den første springer frem ved ca. 570 m over havet mellem Münchenreuth og Gutenfürst og kaldes i sit øvre løb Heubach, fra en sø nær bosættelsen Föhrig hedder den så Litschenbach. Den anden er Aubach, som har sin kilde ca. 580 m over havet nær Feilitzscher kommune-del Unterhartmannsreuth. Sammenløbet ligger lige under motorvejen A72, knap vest for motorvejsforbindelsen Hochfranken. Herfra strømmer Regnitz i sydvestlig retning gennem Feilitzsch og når ved den fra 1972 indlemmede landsby Unterkotzau på 465 m over havet Saale. Dens samlede længde, inklusive Litschenbach, er ca. 10 km.
