Solarkomplekset Senftenberg er et solarkompleks indviet den 24. september 2011 nær Senftenberg og Schipkau i Brandenburg.
Solarkomplekset, der består af solparken Schipkau samt solparkerne Senftenberg I, II og III, blev anlagt på skråningerne af den tidligere brunkulsåbne mine Meuro.
Solparken består af 636.000 solmoduler.
På tidspunktet for idriftsættelsen var solparkerne tilsammen den største solarkompleks i Tyskland.
Skråningsområdet, hvor solparken ligger, dækker et samlet areal på over 1000 hektar.
