Nationalpark Harz er en af de største skovnationalparker i Tyskland, som blev grundlagt i 2006 gennem sammenlægningen af nationalparkerne Harz i Niedersachsen og Sachsen-Anhalt. Med sine 247,03 km² dækker den omtrent ti procent af det samlede areal i Harzen omkring Brocken, fra Herzberg i syd til Bad Harzburg og Ilsenburg i nord. Parken er internationalt anerkendt af IUCN og er en del af det europæiske beskyttelsesområde Natura 2000. Cirka 96 procent af området er dækket af skove, især gran- og bøgeskove. Udover de omfattende skovområder indtager moser en fremtrædende plads på grund af deres særlige karakter. Landskabet præges desuden af granitklipper og bjergbække.
Nationalpark Harz ligger i den vestlige del af Harzen og strækker sig fra Wernigerode og Ilsenburg i nord til Herzberg og Bad Lauterberg i syd. I sine randområder ligger parken på højder fra 230 m i nord til 270 m i syd og stiger op til 1141,2 m o.h. ved toppen af Brocken.
