Kartausen i Eisenach er et tidligere kloster for kartusianerne i Eisenach i delstaten Thüringen. Klostret eksisterede fra 1378 til 1525.
Kartausen "Domus Vallis Sanctae Elisabeth" blev oprettet fra 1378 med støtte fra landgreverne Friedrich III., Wilhelm I. og Balthasar. De første munke kom i årene 1378−1383 fra kartusianerklosteret i Erfurt. Klosteranlægget blev anlagt uden for byen Eisenach, foran "Frauentor" i den sydlige del af byen. I 1382 integrerede general Kapitel den nye oprettelse officielt i ordenen.
