DB Cargo er en europæisk godstransportør pr. jernbane med hovedkontor i Mainz. Virksomheden blev grundlagt den 1. januar 1999 under navnet DB Cargo. Efter en første fusion i 2000 blev navnet Railion indført, og i 2009 blev navnet ændret til DB Schenker Rail. Fra den 1. april 2016 blev navnet igen ændret til DB Cargo. Virksomheden transporterer forskellige produkter pr. jernbane. Udover bloktog til kunder, der tilbyder meget transport på én gang, fokuserer DB Cargo også på godstransport, kaldet Unit Cargo.
