Markedet i Goslar betragtes som et af de mest betydningsfulde bronzegødningsarbejder fra romansk tid og er den største og ældste bevarede markedbrønd fra romanikken i Tyskland.
Brønden består af to oven på hinanden placerede bronzeskaåler, hvor den nederste er større end den øverste skål. Begge skåle er forbundet af en i midten placeret søjle. Søjlen fortsætter fra den øverste skål og krones af en forgyldt rigsejder. Den i dag anbragte ørner er en kopi af originalen, der opbevares på Goslar-museet.
