Perlenbach er en cirka atten kilometer lang, sydlig og højre biflod til Rur i det tysk-belgiske grænseområde ved Monschau og Bütgenbach.
Perlenbach udspringer som Schwalmbach i Hohe Venn. Kilden til den fuldstændig gennem naturparken Hohes Venn-Eifel strømmede bæk ligger i kommunen Bütgenbach, fire kilometer nord for Rocherath-Krinkelt på det belgiske militære øvelsesområde Elsenborn på cirka 600 m højde.
