Johanneskirken i Dömitz er kirken i Dömitz sogn i Parchim provst i Mecklenburgs kirkelige kreds i den Evangelisk-Lutherske kirke i Nordtyskland.
Der har været en kirke i Dömitz siden 1195. Johanneskirken er allerede den fjerde kirkebygning, efter at forgængerkirkene hver især måtte rives ned på grund af bygningens tilstand eller efter en bybrand. Byggeriet af den nuværende bykirke fandt sted fra 1869 til 1872 efter planer af den Schwerinske arkitekt Oppermann på stedet for forgængerkirken, der ligger på den højeste hævning i byområdet. Kirken blev indviet den 20. oktober 1872 i nærvær af sin beskytter, storhertug Friedrich Franz II.
