Van Helsing's Fabrik er en indendørs forlystelse af typen Bobsled Coaster fra producenten Gerstlauer i Movie Park Tyskland. Forlystelsen åbnede den 18. juni 2011 i en hal, der tidligere husede temaforen Gremlins Invasion.
Forlystelsen har ligesom andre forlystelser af typen både elementer fra en Vild Mus, med svagt hældende kurver, samt helikser og sving. Derudover kommer der, med en frit inspireret tematisering af vampyrjægeren Van Helsing fra den samme films titel fra 2004, også elementer fra en spøgelsestog.
