Kulmine Niederberg er et tidligere stenkulminer i Neukirchen-Vluyn. Minen blev først drevet under navnet Niederrheinische Bergwerksgesellschaft. I den anden halvdel af det 20. århundrede blev minen derefter omdøbt til Kulmine Niederberg. Kulmine Niederberg dannede sammen med Kulmine Friedrich Heinrich den vestlige grænse for stenkulminedrift i Ruhr-området. Det nye navn på minen blev dannet ud fra navnet på det første selskab Niederrheinische Bergwerksgesellschaft.
