Pulsnitz er en venstre biflod til Schwarze Elster i Sachsen og Brandenburg. Den udspringer i Ohorn på den vestlige skråning af Tanneberg og flyder gennem byerne Pulsnitz, Königsbrück, Ortrand og Elsterwerda.
Den egentlige kilde ligger i kælderen af en boligbygning, under den fanger en dam kildevandet. Ved indløbsrøret er der et skilt med påskriften „Pulsnitzquelle VMI 1976“. Pulsnitz løber under hele den gamle bykerne af Ohorn og kommer først ca. 900 meter længere sydvest og ca. 50 meter dybere ved kanten af et markområde tilbage til overfladen.
