Stationen Bornholmer Straße er en S-Bahn station i Berlins bydel Prenzlauer Berg i distriktet Pankow. Den ligger på Berlin Nordbane og Stettiner Bahn samt en forbindelseslinje til stationen Schönhauser Allee på Berlin Ringbahn. Passagererne kommer ind via begge fortove på Bösebrücke. Stationen bruges dagligt af cirka 60.000 rejsende.
Persontrafikken på Nordbane, som startede sin drift i 1877, blev allerede fra slutningen af 1800-tallet ført til Stettiner Bahnhof, som er udgangspunktet for den allerede i 1842 åbnede Stettiner Bahn. Begge linjer delte sig nord for Bornholmer Straße, men der var ikke nogen station i dette område i lang tid.
