Neubabelsberg er en villa-koloni, der opstod efter dannelsen af det Tyske Kejserrige og siden 1939 tilhører Potsdam. Den ligger i den østlige del af Potsdam, sydvest for den berlinske lokalitet Kohlhasenbrück og strækker sig fra S-Bahn stationen Griebnitzsee langs Griebnitzsøen til den tidligere kejserlige have Park Babelsberg med slottet Babelsberg beliggende deri.
Villa-kolonien opstod på området af kommunen Klein Glienicke i Teltow-kredsen, som i 1925 blev omdøbt til Neubabelsberg. Kommunen Neubabelsberg blev den 1. april 1938 indlemmet i byen Nowawes, som samtidig blev omdøbt til Babelsberg. Byen Babelsberg blev den 1. april 1939 indlemmet i byen Potsdam.
