Lindwerder, også kaldet Gatower Lindwerder, er en ø, der ligger i den del af Havelseerne, der tilhører den berlinske bydel Steglitz-Zehlendorf.
Den 2,2 ha store ovale ø Lindwerder er resterne af en tidligere cirka tre gange så stor isaldermoræneplade. Den ligger cirka 200 meter fra østbredden af Havel ved Grunewald, mellem Lieper Bugt mod nord og den lille Steinlanke mod syd. Navnene Lipa og Lanke vidner om tidligere slavisk bosættelse i det sydvestlige Berlin. Lindetræet er stadig med 56 eksemplarer den mest almindelige træart på Lindwerder.
