Mindesmærket for ofrene for fascismen i Bernau nær Berlin mindes befrielsen af byen fra nazisterne den 20./21. april 1945 og ofrene for fascismen.
Mindesmærket består af en stenblok med cirka 1,5 meters kantlængde, på hvilken der er en bronzeskål. På den ene ende af mindesmærket kan inskriptionen UNRECHT BRACHTE MILLIONEN DEN TOD læses. Til venstre og højre er der hver især to røde, spidse metalliske trekanter fastgjort, og på bagsiden en grøn metalring.
